Looking to get into tennis, or already a player and want to find somewhere to play - come down and see us! Wigmore is situated in a quiet enclave, in attractive grounds, close to Streatham High Road and convenient for Balham, Streatham, Tooting and surrounding areas. We are a friendly club with a varied membership of all ages, backgrounds and standards of play. We welcome new members whether or not they have played tennis before.
Our membership has increased considerably in recent years and we currently have around 800 members (including 400 juniors).

Racket stringing: Coach Jimmy Callus is now stringing rackets for Wigmore members. Prices range from £15-£28 depending on string type. Jimmy can advise which string is best for you and offers a free grip with the service if required. Also offers grip upsizing for £10. Text him or catch him at the club if you'd like him to restring your racket!

Mark Longden has been appointed as the club's new Administration Manager, effective 4th January 2019.
Mark Longden is Wigmore's new Welfare Officer and will shortlly complete the appropriate course in Safeguarding and Protection in Tennis. Wigmore is keen to ensure the ongoing safeguarding and welfare of children or vulnerable adults within the club setting. Mark is also responsible for membership / general queries and administrative duties and can be available for meeting prospective members at the club if required.
